Activities Program

Capacity Building The Fun Way

We can connect you to groups designed for people who are looking for a safe and secure environment to grow while also having some fun.

These groups are suitable for those living with mental health challenges, mild brain injuries, or those rebuilding themselves after time in the hospital.

We focus on people who are looking to expand their friend circles and who have often felt like the odd one out in groups before.

How It Works

Each session lasts a minimum of 2 hours and is scheduled on your time - there's no rush or missing out on group activities. You can book ahead or call in and choose the activity you'd like to do for the day.

Some activities may take more than one session to complete.

Sessions are available between 10 AM and 4PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Spots are maxed at 8 people.

What We Supply

We provide the materials for participants to use. If outside support workers wish to join, they will need to bring or purchase their own supplies. We encourage support workers to participate in the activities.

Our Goal

At least twice a year, we will set up stalls run by participants to sell the items we create. The more we make, the more stalls we can have.

All proceeds from these stalls go straight back into the group to fund bigger and better projects, helping us

provide new materials and expand our activities.
