We’re Looking for People Who Care
What Matters Here
We work with participants who often get turned away by others - people with complex behaviours, layered medical needs, and mental health challenges. If that excites you (instead of scaring you), you might be in the right place.
We don’t expect perfection. We do expect you to be present. If you’re someone who can stay calm, take initiative, and connect with people others find “too complex” - you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
We’re not corporate. We’re not polished. But we’re proud of the team we’ve built - and we’re always looking for others who share our values of consistency and honesty.
What We Look For
You don’t need years of experience - but you do need the right attitude. We invest in training, mentoring, and making sure you’re supported from day one. We want people who:
Are curious, open, honest, and willing to learn
Can stay calm when things get tricky
Are comfortable around medical, mental health, and behavioural needs
Want to grow, not just get through the shift
What You’ll Get
William leads from the front. He knows the work because he still does it. You won’t be passed down the chain - you’ll be known, supported, and encouraged.
Proper training (we don’t throw you in)
Safe, clean homes designed to fit you - not the other way around.
Opportunities to grow - not just in job title, but in confidence
Qualified nurses providing complex care with skill, calm, and kindness.
Clear communication and real support from leadership
A quiet, no-pressure space where you can just be yourself.
A team that backs each other, even on hard days
Gentle, respectful help that supports dignity and choice at every stage.
A workplace where pets are welcome, and personalities are too
Everyday help at home - from routines to shopping and everything between.
