NDIS Support That Starts With Listening

The NDIS can be hard to understand. You’ve got a plan - but do you know how to use it, who to talk to, or what you’re even allowed to ask for?

We help you use your NDIS plan to get the support that matters to you most - we limit the jargon, have no judgement, and won’t push a sales pitch.

You tell us what’s getting hard, and we’ll help figure out what your plan can cover.

Tell us what’s worked. What hasn’t. What you want help with. We build your support around you and what’s important to you.

Supports You Can Ask For

Everyone’s plan looks different - and that’s a good thing. You shouldn’t have to copy someone else’s version of “care.”

Got something else in mind? Ask us. If it fits your plan and makes your life better - we’ll do it.

We work with people who need help with:

Why You Might Notice a Difference

We don’t show up with assumptions. We show up with questions.

  • What matters to you most?

  • What’s worked before?

  • What’s made things worse in the past?

  • Who do you feel safe with?

We build a team and plan around your answers. We won’t shuffle you between departments or talk to you in acronyms.

And because we have nurses, trained support workers, and experienced staff, we’re ready to help with things other providers avoid.

This helps us to:

  • Build your support around what you want

  • Match you with staff who suit your personality and needs

  • Offer medical and mental health support that others won’t

  • Keep the same team around, so you're not meeting strangers every week

  • Train every team member properly - with William overseeing it

You’re Not Too Much For Us

The NDIS wasn’t built for one type of person - and neither were we. We enjoy working with people who’ve had a tough time with the system.

We’ll listen. We’ll take it seriously. And we won’t be scared off.

We support participants with:

Psychosocial disabilities

Schizophrenia, trauma, or paranoia

Complex health needs and medical care

Brain injuries and spinal cord injuries

High behaviours or dual diagnosis

Past experiences with services that didn’t feel safe

Don’t Guess. Let’s Read It Together.

NDIS plans are full of words that don’t make sense to most people. If you’ve ever felt unsure what you’re allowed to ask for - we can walk you through it.

We’ll sit down with you and:

  • Read through your plan

  • Explain what’s available

  • Help you set priorities

  • Work out what support is possible now — and what might be possible later

We also work closely with coordinators and other providers. We’ll never push you toward someone you don’t like - that choice is always yours.

What You Need Today Might Be Different Tomorrow

Some weeks feel good. Others feel too heavy. People change - so should support.

Maybe you were doing well, and now things are hard again. Maybe you want to get out more. Or do less. Or try something new. That’s allowed.

Support should move with you - not stay frozen in the plan you made six months ago.

We check in often. We ask what’s working and what’s not. If you want to, we’ll adjust your support without making it feel like a big drama.

There’s no “one-size-fits-all” here. There’s just: what feels right for you today?

We’re Always Happy to Talk It Through

You don’t need to know all the answers. You don’t need to say the right words.

Just tell us what’s been hard, what kind of support you think might help, and we’ll talk it through.

If it’s not something we do, we’ll still try to help you find someone who can.
