Medical Care You Can Count On
Real Nurses With Real Experience
Medical Support Without the Clinical Feel
Some participants need more than standard support. They need someone who can safely handle medical tasks, respond to emergencies, and calmly work through complex health needs - without making things feel complicated or cold.
Our registered and enrolled nurses provide medical care while still treating people like people. We work with participants who need high levels of support - and we do it in a calm and respectful way.
You don’t have to chase down five different services - we’ve got it covered.
Common Medical Needs We Support
Our nurses support participants with all kinds of daily and complex health needs - from daily assistance to one-off clinical procedures.
If you or someone you support has a medical need not listed here - get in touch. Odds are, we can help.
Some of the most common things we help with include:
Wound care and dressing changes
Medication management and injections
Catheter care
( + suprapubic catheters)
PEG feeding and enteral nutrition
Bowel and continence care
Diabetes support, including insulin
Pain relief, morphine administration
Monitoring blood pressure, pulse, oxygen levels
End-of-life and palliative care
Post-hospital recovery or transition care
Nursing and Support Work Together
Our nursing team knows how to manage high support needs and treat you like a whole person - not a set of symptoms. We put in the effort to be more personal and less procedural.
You won’t get a stranger each shift. You’ll know your nurse. And they’ll know what matters to you.
Our nurses take time to understand each participant and work closely with support staff to keep things smooth and consistent.
Doing things differently:
- William, our director, is a registered nurse who signs off on training himself
- All staff receive hands-on training in real-world settings
- We don’t rush - we take time to do it right
- Nurses often work alongside other support staff to keep care consistent
- We don’t separate “care” from “support” - we see the full picture

Respectful Support for Sensitive Needs
Many people don’t feel comfortable sharing medical information. Sometimes, getting medical support can feel invasive. That’s why we focus on making things feel calm, private, and safe - especially for tasks that are personal or sensitive.
We’ll check in with you regularly and adjust things if they’re not working.
You'll always have a say in:
Who provides your care
How it's delivered
What helps you feel safe and respected

Not Sure If It’s Covered? Ask Anyway
Sometimes it’s hard to know what counts as “nursing.” Every person’s needs are different. That’s why we don’t list a fixed “menu” of care - we prefer to have a chat and find out what will help.
We’ve supported people with rare conditions, complex transitions, and urgent needs - and we’re always open to new situations.
If it’s hard to explain, or not on your plan yet - call anyway.
We’ll never talk down to you or pressure you to commit. Just honest advice from someone who understands high-support care.
