How To Share Your Feedback

You can give feedback at any time - big or small. Good news helps us keep doing more of what works. Concerns help us to do better.

Making a Complaint

If something’s gone wrong, please tell us. You won’t be dismissed, ignored, or treated differently for raising it.

You can:



  • Contact us in any of the ways listed above

  • Tell us what happened, how it affected you, and what you'd like to see change

  • Ask for support if you need help making a complaint - we’ll talk it through with you

Your complaint will be handled respectfully and in private. We won’t involve anyone who doesn’t need to know - and it’ll never be used against you.

Making a Complaint to the NDIS Commission

If you feel your complaint hasn’t been handled properly, you can contact the NDIS Commission directly.


You can remain anonymous if you prefer. The NDIS Commission can investigate concerns about unsafe or inappropriate services.

What Happens After You Reach Out?

When we receive your complaint, we will:



  • Let you know it’s been received

  • Review the details and speak with you if needed

  • Make a plan to fix what we can

  • Keep you informed along the way

You’ll be treated fairly. You’ll be listened to. And you’ll get a response.
