Taking The Calls That No One Else Will
You Won’t Be Turned Away
We support people with complex behaviours, high mental health needs, specialised medical care, or all of the above.
We’re also here for people leaving the hospital who need proper housing and medical care.
If you’re looking for support - or if you’ve been turned away before - you’re in the right place now.
You Decide What Works for You
Most providers guess what you want. Support should be about you - what works for you, who you feel safe with, and what makes sense in your life.
So we ask.
- “What’s worked for you before?”
- “What doesn’t work?”
- “What do you want help with — and what don’t you?”
We won’t force you into routines that don’t suit you. We won’t put you with someone just because it’s convenient for us or them.
We don’t assume. You choose what your support looks like — and we keep checking in to make sure it still feels right for you.
The People We Help
You Don’t Have to Change to Get Support
You don’t have to hide who you are here - there’s a space for you. We work with people who are often told they’re “too complex” or “too hard.”
This includes people living with:
Brain injuries and spinal injuries
Complex behavioural needs, for example; psychosis, paranoia, schizophrenia
Mental health conditions that don’t fit neat boxes - people who’ve struggled in traditional day programs
High-level nursing needs - for example; wound care, PEG feeds, palliative care
Behaviours that scare off other providers
Here’s How We Can Help
We cover a lot of ground - but we keep it simple.

What You See Is What You Get
Patricia and William started Holicare because they saw what wasn’t working.
They’d been in hospitals, homes, and support roles for years. They saw people left waiting. They saw rushed support, burnt-out staff, and providers that didn’t listen.
So they built something better. Here, leaders don’t sit behind desks. William is out training participants and staff. Patricia is planning programs and sitting with people one-on-one. Every staff member is picked for their heart - not just their qualifications.
We train staff properly and promote from within. We care about what our team wants to learn.
We support staff who are studying traineeships, diplomas, or aged care – because growth matters.
When staff feel seen and supported, they stick around – and that makes your support more consistent.

We Don’t Decide for You - You Have Choices Here
We’re not the biggest provider. But we might be the one that listens best.
We work closely with coordinators - and we do things properly.
We’re strict on conflict of interest. That means we don’t coordinate and provide everything ourselves.
Instead, we introduce you to multiple coordinators who suit you. You choose. And if something isn’t working, we’ll change it.

If you’ve been turned away, shut down, or ignored - we can help. You’ve got a choice and you have a say.
We’re Ready When You Are
Even if you’ve been told no before - come talk to us.
We’ll ask what you want. We’ll listen. We’ll show up.
